Gettin' My Peep On!!!

Hey Peeps!! I'm hopping on to share a few more Easter cards I made using Simon Says Stamp March Card Kit. I can't get enough of the ADORABLE peeps in the stamp set included in the kit. There is a coordinating die set for the peeps too - how cool is that?!?! This month's kit is sold out but April's kit is available so grab one before they fly out the door!! Here's my first card - very simple to make sure the sweet peep is the center of attention. I did all my stamping with the Misti tool - one of the best purchases I've made lately!! 

The stamp set included several different faces for the peeps - I love this one with the eyes close. 

Just a few sequins, some twine and a sentiment and the card is done! 

My second card started with a watercolored background. I then added a Peep Family using different patterned papers from the kit.

The peep family is seriously cute. 

I will create more with this kit but I wanted to get my Easter cards done on time.

5 for 5 Holiday Blog Hop Event: Christmas | Day 1

I'm happy to say that the 5 for 5 Gang is back with another fun Blog Hop Event. Who is the 5 for 5 gang you ask? Well, we are 5 crafty friends getting together and creating 5 Holiday themed projects for 5 consecutive days. Our last Blog Event was for Thanksgiving 2015, and we are so excited to be back!! We have a blast creating projects for you and inspiring you to create along with us!! We use whatever we have in our stash and just have fun!

Welcome to Day 1 of our latest 5 for 5 Blog Hop Event. The event runs from December 7th (today) to December 11th and is Christmas inspired. 

 Each day of the event we create a project based on a theme. Today's theme is Glitter! I created a card using Simon Says Stamp December Card Kit.

This kit is so pretty - I love the stamp set included in this month's kit. These kits are well worth it - the cardstock included is a heavy weight, great quality cardstock and the stamp sets and extras are always adorable!! Here's my card.

Isn't this critter soooo cute!! I used Stickles on the critters scarf, one of the presents and on the "snow"!

 I caved and bought the Misti Precision Stamping Tool. A crafty friend of mine

Rachel Kleinman brought it with her when she lasted visited and seeing how well it worked convinced me it was a good investment! I stamp with only that now and it's consistently great!!
