My thoughts and prayers go out to EVERYONE who has been dealing with the aftermath of the March Flood of 2010 !! I only had 6-7 inches of water in my finished basement and have spent the past 5 days dealing with pumping, moving, tossing, ripping out carpet, fans going 24/7, purchasing a dehumidifier, cussing, taking advil, drinking, taking more advil ... you get the picture !! I can't even imagine the people with feet of water in their homes - hopefully FEMA has helped some of these victims.
I'm finally back to scrapping ... I actually managed to finish several pages at the Cape Cod Crop - which was a blast - and I'm just now photographing my projects !! Between the rain and the flooding - my focus has been salvaging as much as I could !! I will say it again - THANK-GOD I moved my scraproom from the basement to the loft last year !!
Before all the flood drama, I signed up for a really fun 12 day online Sketchbook class hosted by the wonderfully talented Kelly Purkey and the DT from Studio Calico !! We have received many sketches and am now finally starting them. Here's is what I did with the first sketch using SC Quliting Bee Kit !! Love, Love their kits BTW- please check them out !! They are loaded with awesomeness - my new word for the day !!

Very cute LO. Love your flowers and the use of the Quilting Bee kit. I have barely touched mine. I signed up for this class too, but haven't had a chance to work on any of the sketches. Hoping to this weekend.
