Happy Tuesday! I'm hopping on to share my second layout using Noel Mignon's January Sweet Charlotte Classic Kit. Our theme this week is Winter Blues. We can use blue as a dominant color or we can create a project showing how we fight the winter blues. I combined both interpretations of the theme.
